Text entered into a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, passes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time stamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and advertising measurement when applicable.
How We Use Information
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create profiles about individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Germantown and Shelby County offices, Tennessee agencies, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on a linked service is controlled by that service's privacy terms. The same rule applies to sponsored results, which come from an independent provider.

Records held by Germantown, Shelby County, or Tennessee offices remain under the custodian's control, and the Act's government and public-record exclusions do not erase them.
